Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of the receipt of the package for US orders. Returns must be in the original condition and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) otherwise the return will be deemed unauthorized. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and held for no more than 30 days after receipt. After 30 days, if an unauthorized return is not claimed or accompanied by an RMA, the Seller reserves the right to maintain possession of the unclaimed/unauthorized return.

The following are required for all returns:
- A photo of your original part number.
- Provide documentation that part could not be programmed and verify installation requirements.

Returns will be processed in the order received. Refunds will be initiated within 3-5 business of delivery. If the item is received after 60 days from the date of receipt of the package are only valid for exchange or in-store credit. In-store credit is subject to return fees and will be deducted from the credit. Seller expressly reserves the right to require a Buyer to return an alleged/defective unit to the Seller at the Buyer's expense for review before replacement. All items are sold as used auto parts unless stated otherwise. Buyer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Seller is not liable for any damage and/or injury sustained that results from any item(s).

No replacement shall be issued until a receipt of the return. Seller will NOT reimburse any fees a Buyer expends in connection with a possible faulty/defective unit(s) including, but not limited to Locksmith fees, rental car fees, storage fees, dealership fees, third-party reprogramming fees, etc. Seller is not responsible for any tariffs, taxes, or import fees at the time of sale. Buyer assumes responsibility for any tariffs, taxes, and import carrier fees at the time of sale. If receipt of the package is refused by the Buyer, no refund will be issued. The buyer will be responsible for shipping cost if the item is returned due to an incorrect address.

The item must be in its original condition and markings upon receipt. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items returned will be a loss in value and deducted from your refund.
All sales on "PARTS ONLY" items are final. Returns are not accepted.
